This web site will be growing on a regular basis. Each time I take a ride I document it for the benefit of all. If you would like to join the distribution list that will allow you to receive the Utah ATV Trails Newsletter and inform you when updates are made to the web site you may do so. Just click here and put "Add me to the List" in the subject line of the e-mail. I can pick up your e-mail address from there. If you'd like to add other comments, please feel free to do so. I'm always happy to make a new friend.
By joining the list you will receive e-mails from time to time informing you of new information on the web site, places to ride or other pertinent ATV regulation information as this information comes available to the webmaster. You may be requested from time to time to join the action and write letters to our forest and BLM land managers to keep our trails open.
This is not a perversion web site. You have no need to hide your true identity. We're rather tired of receiving trash mail like the rest of you are. We don't intend on answering e-mail that does not come from an identifiable person. We don't expect you to do so either. If you don't mind shareing your true identity with us then we'll be happy to share our information with you. We are not seeking your home address and phone number all we want to know is that you are a real person with a name that your parents call you when you are not in trouble. If this is too high a price to pay for joining our service, then so be it. You decide.
Who else will receive your information?
Good question... I just hate it when I register software and then start receiving e-mail and snail mail from parties I have no desire to communicate with. As a result, if you send in your e-mail address to be updated on new information on the site or other pertinent ATV information, that's all you'll get. Your e-mail address will remain on my machine and no one else will get it. They won't even be able to buy it from me.
E-mails will be sent to the list of participants as a blind copy. If I happen to slip up and not use the blind copy feature, you have my deepest applogies, but I can assume no liability for such a point and click error. If you join the list you agree that you release all liability from any disclosures of your e-mail address. After all, millions if not billions of people have their complete name address and phone number available on the www even as you read this.
I'd really like to make this effort a cooperative one, so any time you have rides you'd like to report on I'll be happy to add your report to the menu of "Trails".
Any time you'd like to cancel your participation
in the distribution list, just let me know and I'll delete you from the

Sell your used ATV via the web:
At some time in the future of this web
site, I may offer to let people sell their used machines via the web site.
Since this will take some extra effort, I may charge for this service,
but it will be a reasonable amount. If you are interested in being
my guinea pig, let me know.
The first few, I may do for free. This will be a personal
sale between two individual and I will assume no responsibility for any
transactions that may occur.
